ECDB Global operates a dropshipping model. Products are shipped directly from suppliers to your buyers. The following shipping rates and policies apply to all orders placed through the ECDB platform.
1. STANDARD SHIPPING RATES
- Standard shipping: £4.30 per order for all products with an ECDB price below £20
- Free shipping: All products with an ECDB price of £20 or above qualify for free shipping
- Shipping costs are displayed clearly before any order is confirmed
2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping origin and destination:
- UK to UK (Beaumont Logistics): 2-5 business days
- China to UK (standard dropshipping): 7-15 business days
- UK to EU: 5-10 business days
- UK to other international destinations: 10-21 business days
These are estimated timeframes only. ECDB Global cannot guarantee delivery within these windows due to factors outside our control including customs processing and carrier delays.
3. EU CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
As of 1 July 2026, all orders shipped to EU countries are subject to:
- A flat-rate customs duty of €3 per item category for orders under €150
- Destination country VAT at the applicable local rate
- These charges are calculated automatically and displayed to the buyer before checkout
- The €3 customs duty rate is in effect until mid-2028
4. UK CUSTOMS
All products sold through the ECDB platform comply with UK import regulations. Products shipped from China are accompanied by appropriate customs documentation.
5. ORDER TRACKING
- Tracking numbers are provided for all orders once dispatched
- Tracking information is available in your seller dashboard
- Buyers receive tracking updates automatically
6. FAILED DELIVERIES
- If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will leave a notification and attempt redelivery
- Packages uncollected after 14 days may be returned to the sender
- Re-delivery charges may apply for returned packages
7. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@ecdb.global within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. BEAUMONT LOGISTICS — UK FULFILMENT
For Infrastructure Clients using Beaumont Logistics:
- UK dispatch: £2.50 per package
- Same-day dispatch for orders received before the daily cut-off time
- Full tracking and inventory management provided
- Storage rates agreed separately in writing
