Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on the ECDB Global platform including course enrolment fees, subscription plans, and product orders.

1. COURSE ENROLMENT FEES

The ECDB course enrolment fee is non-refundable once course content has been accessed. If you have paid the enrolment fee but have not accessed any course content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment by contacting us at support@ecdb.global.

2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

  • Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are issued for partial months of subscription
  • If you are charged in error, contact us within 7 days for a full refund

3. PRODUCT ORDERS

ECDB Global acts as a platform connecting sellers with suppliers. For product orders:

  • Products that arrive damaged or significantly not as described are eligible for a replacement or refund
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Contact our support team at support@ecdb.global with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Order reference number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Photos of any damaged or incorrect items

We will respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.

5. EXCEPTIONS

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Course enrolment fees where course content has been accessed
  • Subscription fees for completed billing periods
  • Products returned outside the 14-day return window
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

6. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel digital service contracts within 14 days unless you have requested immediate access to the service.
